Apple and beats – post acquisition implications

Apple and Beats are all over the news; highlights as “Apple is in talks to buy Beats for $3.2 billion”.

Moving forward to look at the post acquisition implications, as Apple is set to buy Beats; it may pose a risk to companies  that uses beats products in their devices. As the Apple may not be willing to share the technology and continue to lead the differentiation strategy in market. There is also a chance that the existing contracts are not honoured.
