Delete particular URL from Internet Explorer

Internet Explorer(IE) automatically saves the website address whenever you visit. And can be viewed by clicking the drop down menu in the address bar.  Sometimes you want to delete a particular website address such as, you entered a wrong address and you keep landing on the wrong page in a hurry. And consequently it becomes a headache for you. So, I’ll show you how to delete any particular URL in IE.

So, Let’s begin:

1. First of all, Open RUN dialog box and type regedit in it.

2. Now, go to following address:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\TypedURLs

3. In the right pane, select the desired URL’s (url1, url2 and so on) and hit delete key.

And guess what, you’re done. If you are still seeing URLs after the above steps, just Restart your system.
